These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LunarLife App and Enterprise Solutions ("Service"), including all features such as Celestial Intelligence, N-of-One experiments, Cosmic Calendar, Celestial Search, Time Warp, Traveler, Jet Set, Archetype Assessment, Historical Lookback/Jump Forward, eCommerce, and Evangelist Network. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

 

1. Introduction

LunarLife Inc. ("we," "us," or "LunarLife") provides the Service to help you align your life with celestial rhythms for better decision-making and wellness. The Service includes data collection, personalization, and monetization features. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are 18 or older and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy (incorporated herein), and any additional terms for specific features.

2. User Accounts

• To use certain features, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.

• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, including inaccurate data or misuse of monetization features.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

​

• Tiers:

  • Basic: $5/month (core features).

  • Premium: $15/month (advanced personalization).

  • Pro: $50/month (sales tools, commissions).

  • Shopkeeper: $75/month (retail focus, commissions).

  • Hyper Aggregator: $150/month (network management, commissions).

  • N-of-One Add-On: $10/month (experiments).

• Billing: Monthly auto-renewal via credit card or app store. Refunds within 14 days; cancellations anytime.

• Commissions and Residuals: Pro, Shopkeeper, and Hyper Aggregator tiers earn commissions on subscriber acquisitions (20–30%) and residuals (5–7% over 5 years, 20% per year). Evangelists earn 10–20% + 5% residual.

 

4. Data Collection and Usage

• Data We Collect: We collect data on your intentions, actions, and deviations (e.g., "App suggested park at 2 PM, but you went for ice cream and pie"). This includes:

  • Usage data (e.g., app interactions, Celestial Search queries, Cosmic Calendar events, N-of-One experiment logs).

  • Personal data (e.g., archetypes, birth chart, location for geo-referencing).

  • Behavioral data (e.g., task completion, mood ratings, feedback on celestial alignments).

  • Aggregated insights from Nth Degree Engine (e.g., anonymized trends).

• How We Use Data: To provide, improve, and personalize the Service (e.g., refining N-of-One recommendations). By opting in (via settings), you allow us to monetize your anonymized data.

• Opt-In for Monetization: You can opt in to data sharing for monetization. We package anonymized data (e.g., intentions vs. actions trends) and share with B2B partners (e.g., asset managers, insurers) for fees.

 

5. Data Monetization and Credits

• Monetization: LunarLife may monetize anonymized, aggregated data (e.g., packaging N-of-One experiment trends or Celestial Search patterns for B2B insights on decision-making behaviors). We split fees 50/50 with you after costs (e.g., data processing). Your share is credited as LunarLife tokens.

 

• Token Structure:

  • Earning: 50% of net fee per data package (e.g., $1,000 fee split = $500 LunarLife credits after 20% costs = $400 net split, $200 to you).

  • Redemption: Tokens redeemable for:

    • Free participation (e.g., $10 credit offsets N-of-One fee).

    • Goods/services (e.g., eCommerce products, astrologer consultations).

    • Cash out (after $50 threshold, 5% fee).

  • Residual: Earn residuals on ongoing data use (e.g., 5% of recurring B2B fees, split 50/50 over 5 years, 20% per year).

• Opt-Out: You can opt out anytime; data shared prior remains monetizable but no new data is collected.

6. Intellectual Property:

​

• LunarLife owns all Service content (Celestial Intelligence, LunarLife Hypothesis). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your data for Service improvement and monetization (if opted in). You retain ownership of your personal data.

7. Privacy and Data Security:

​

• Hybrid storage: Local for sensitive data (e.g., intentions, actions); remote for aggregated insights. Compliant with GDPR/CCPA. Data is anonymized before sharing. See Privacy Policy for details.

8. Liability and Disclaimer:

​​​

• The Service provides wellness insights, not medical/financial advice. No liability for celestial-based decisions or data use outcomes. Limit of liability: subscription fees paid.

9. Termination:

• We may terminate for violations; you can cancel anytime. Upon termination, opt-in data monetization stops, but earned tokens remain redeemable for 90 days.

10. Governing Law:

• Delaware, USA. Disputes resolved via arbitration in Wilmington, DE.

11. Changes to Terms:

• We may update Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance. Email notifications for material changes.
